I’m still not sure if I somehow missed something, but I’m certain I entered the passenger details correctly when booking. When the ticket came through, the information wasn’t accurate, and it made me really stressed before traveling. I contacted support, but it didn’t get fixed as quickly as I hoped. Maybe I should have double-checked everything even more, but the whole experience left me frustrated, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I booked it and got my confirmation quickly, which felt fair for what I expected. Check-in went smoothly too, and I didn’t run into any issues. Overall, everything worked the way it should.

I tried it it just felt too expensive for what it is. It’s not terrible or anything, but for this kind of thing, I expected a bit more. I don’t know, it just didn’t feel like it matched the price.

My main issue was that the emails felt unclear and a bit confusing. I often had to reread them to figure out what was actually being asked or what the next step was. It made me realize how much clear communication matters, especially when you're trying to stay on top of things and make good decisions. A simpler layout and more direct wording would make the experience much better.

Yeah, it did what it was supposed to do, so I guess we can call that a win. But would I go through it again? Absolutely not. Nothing like something technically working while still making you wonder why you bothered in the first place.
